  Superb service consistently! Live in Simpsonville but refuse to ever visit that establishment because of the poor service. This place is always clean, and the staff are always so polite. The food tastes fresh and is always made correctly. We told the assistant manager today that the Fairview location is hurting the Zaxby's brand. She was so apologetic and said that the Fountain Inn establishment was privately owned. We will continue to drive to this location to enjoy a great product in a clean, friendly, environment.

  The food is good and the staff is excellent. Never gotten a wrong order despite how busy they are. Waiting time is minimal even when the lines are long.
